This article by IT Brew reporter Bill Hurley discusses how cybercriminals are using AI-powered phishing and deepfake scams to target the hospitality industry.  The article also highlights that a VikingCloud survey of 50 hotel IT and cybersecurity practitioners found that 26% of respondents admitted to “limited” in-house cybersecurity expertise.
