VikingCloud's new research – Cyber Risk, Supersized: The 2026 QSR & Fast Casual Restaurant Report – was featured in Cybersecurity Insiders, which reported that nearly 80% of delivery-enabled restaurants had a cyber incident in the past year and over 76% suffered a data breach as a result. The article looks at the habits behind the numbers, from postponed patches that leave known vulnerabilities open to the 36% of owners unfamiliar with tactics like deepfakes and voice phishing.
