Q&A with Bob Belusko
Q: What gets you most excited/passionate about your job right now? Any examples?
“The future of AI in cybersecurity. We’re at the front end of a technological revolution. AI has the power to transform how we detect vulnerabilities, automate responses, and stay ahead of evolving threats. Watching this evolution unfold—and being part of it—is incredibly exciting.”
Q: What is the biggest challenge clients are experiencing when you first speak to them?
“Many clients know they need PCI compliance or vulnerability management but lack a clear understanding of the technical ‘how.’ Our role is to simplify it, explain the ‘why,’ and make the process achievable—no matter their starting point.”
Q: If you could give one piece of advice to VikingCloud customers, what would it be?
“BACKUP YOUR DATA, keep a FULL OFFLINE COPY, and TEST YOUR RESTORATION PROCESS! Backups only matter if you can actually restore from them. I’ve seen too many companies crippled by something so preventable. This one step can literally save your business.””
