Is my billing changing?

No. No billing changes have been made. Auto-pay through the MyNuArx portal, automatic ACH payments, direct invoicing, and all other methods of billing and payment remain unchanged. You will continue to be invoiced by NuArx, Inc. Please, continue to make all of your payments payable to “NuArx, Inc”. You will be informed in advance of any billing changes that will be made.

When will the changes to my billing take place?

We will reach out to you if there are any changes to your billing. For now, the change to Viking Cloud is purely a branding action – it will take us some time to fully transition all operations under the new entity. We will communicate any changes at each step along the way.

Will I still have access to MyNuArx?

Yes. The MyNuArx Portal is still available to all active users at: https://my.nuarxinc.com/. If you have issues accessing your MyNuArx account, please contact customer service.

I have new locations and/or services that are being provisioned, how are these impacted?

Despite the name change, you will continue to receive the same level of exceptional service and support you received under the NuArx name. Current provisioning workflows will remain unchanged for the foreseeable future and should not be impacted by this change.

Will I need a new W-9 Form from Viking Cloud?

For the time being, no. Our legal entity has not changed, and you do not need a new W-9 from us.

How will my current services be impacted?

Your services will not be impacted by this change. Your account managers, support staff, and customer service representatives have not changed, even though they are currently with Viking Cloud. We will continue to provide the top-notch service you’re used to receiving from us.
