Is my billing changing?

No, only the invoices you receive will change.

Moving forward, all NuArx customers will be invoiced by Viking Cloud, Inc. However, this does not require you to change anything regarding how you make payments.

For the time being, auto-pay through the MyNuArx portal, automatic ACH payments, direct invoicing, and all other methods of billing and payment will still be accepted and remain unchanged

Will I still have access to MyNuArx?

Yes. The MyNuArx Portal is still available to all active users at the same link: https://my.nuarxinc.com/. However, the portal will be transitioning to the Viking Cloud brand, so it may look a little different the next time you log in.

Will I need a new W-9 Form from Viking Cloud?

Our EIN will not change, so a new W-9 is not required at this time.  However, there will be a new W-9 available for customers, if  desired. Just reach out to transition@vikingcloud.com for the new W-9. We will reach out to customers when the new W-9 is required.

How do I contact support?

If you are a current NuArx customer, your support line is not changing. NuArx Support is still available to you 24/7/365 at the same number (877.556.8279) and the same email address (support@nuarxinc.com).
